My journey began during a time of deep disconnection—yoga brought me back to myself, one breath at a time. That experience continues to shape how I teach: with presence, care, and a focus on feeling over perfection.



I specialize in empowering women through handstands, arm balances, strength work, and restorative practices. Whether you're joining me for yoga, calisthenics, or strength training, my goal is to help you feel strong, free, and fully at home in your body.
